Fraser Mooney is an expert in organizational management and development, with a multi-faceted career in the advancement of global health, human rights, cultural and social justice causes. He has brought a wealth of experience in international public sector development, strategic planning, board and staff development, and international and domestic fundraising campaigns to a diversity of national and global organizations, such as The International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, The International Center for Transitional Justice, Broadway Cares, the Asia Society, and PS1/MOMA, among others.
Based in New York City, he was an early member of the AIDS activist movements ACT UP/NY and Visual AIDS, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of The New York City AIDS Memorial and Triple Canopy.
