In the U.S. we have launched a program at the border to improve health outcomes of migrants in transit; while our work in Latin America and the Caribbean focuses on emergency response and preventing the spread of infectious disease – such as Haiti’s post-earthquake Cholera epidemic – and on sexual and reproductive health issues.
